Attendees are responsible for travel and hotel arrangements.

Room rate range: $149 (plus applicable taxes)
Reservations must be made by May 9th, 2008 (5PM EST) in order to guarantee these room rates and availability. Accommodations are available three nights prior and three nights post the conference at the above rates.
Resort Cancellation Policy:
A 72-hour notice is required by the Grandover to cancel room accommodations. All cancellations on rooms made prior to 72-hours will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. Failure to follow this procedure will result in full accommodation charges being charged to the Individual. The Individual will be charged one night for no shows.
There will be no refund, of any portion of the package price, for early departures or late arrivals unless notified 72 hour prior to arrival. This policy is strictly enforced so please be aware of the cancellation policy to avoid no show charges.
