Medicaid Billing Training for FQHCs and RHCs
The NC Community Health Center Association, NC Office of Rural Health & Community Care and the NC Division of Medical Assistance are pleased to offer a Medicaid Billing Training at the Mayes Center on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
DATE: Thursday, May 1st, 2008, 1:00PM-4:00PM
Representatives from EDS and NC-DMA will review the proper method of Medicaid claims submission for FQHCs and RHCs. Common errors and FAQs will be addressed. The training is designed for both senior and front-line fiscal and billing staff. A simultaneous Internet webcast of the training will be broadcast to registered health centers for viewing by staff. In addition, there will be limited seating in the live audience at the Mayes Center in Chapel Hill.
The unique format of our training will allow for web-based archiving permitting viewing by participants for review, as well as future training of new billing staff. NCCHCA is underwriting the cost of the training venue, recording and Internet access. To insure participation, we are requiring each FQHC and RHC to provide a $150 refundable deposit with their registration.
You can choose to participate either via webconference or attend the on-site interactive training class at the Mayes Center at UNC-CH.

Webconference log-in access will be provided upon receipt of registration. All organizations registered for the training will receive webconferencing log-in access.
