RFP - School-based/School-Linked Health Center
A School-Based and School-Linked Health Centers Request for Applications (RFA), #A160, will be issued on June 2, 2008. Bidders Conferences will be held on June 5, June 9, June 11 and August 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., via video conferencing at the following sites: the Mayer Center in Chapel Hill; Albemarle Regional Health Center, Elizabeth City; Cumberland County Health Department, Fayetteville; Catawba County Health Department, Hickory; Cooper Building, Raleigh; Wilson County Health Department, Raleigh; Jackson County Health Department, Sylva.
The funding agency for RFA #A160 is the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health. RFA #A160 will provide funding support for selected school-based and school-linked health centers for fiscal year June 1, 2009, through May 31, 2010, with renewable funding for FY 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 contingent upon the availability of funds and compliance with the requirements and assurances contained in the RFA.
