If you are attending via WebEX, then one paid registration per health center for the ONLINE training is acceptable.
Online Registration Deadline
There is no registration deadline for the online training. Please be advised that if you register for the webinar within 14 days of August 8th, 2008, there is no guarantee you will receive the handout materials by the training date.

¨ Where these new measures have come from and why they are being added
¨ What the new measures are – in great detail!
¨ How data will be used to report on the six clinical measures
¨ How to create a sample of charts to be audited
¨ How to conduct each of the six audits
¨ How to complete and submit Clinical Measures data on Tables 6B and 7 of the 2008 UDS

All cancellations must be in writing and received by NCCHCA on or before July 26, 2008 for a refund of the registration fee, less a 25% administrative fee. Any cancellations received after July 26th are not refundable. Substitutions are encouraged.
