REGISTRATION FEES AND REFUND POLICY
All conference registration fees are listed on the registration brochure form (see above). Notice of cancellation must be received and postmarked by September 19, 2008 for a partial refund (less $50 service fee). No refunds will be given after September 19; however, participant substitutions are welcome.
