Community Health Vote Toolkit
The National Association of Community Health Center’s Community Health Vote Toolkit is a comprehensive resource that includes information about voter engagement in health centers, legal guidelines for registering voters, strategies for voter registration and education, and tools such as press releases and information sheets for patients.
Community Health Vote is another great resource for voter engagement resources for Community Health Centers. From this website, you can access a webinar about voter registration in your health center, view NC-specific resources, and help people fill out an online registration form that you can mail to the NC Board of Elections.
June 23, 2015 Update! Community Health Vote released a new fact sheet on HIPAA and Civic Engagement at Health Centers. Review if you have concerns about engaging in Voter Registration.
