NCCHCA has been keeping close watch on the unfolding situation with COVID-19, and the myriad ways this pandemic is affecting your work, patients, communities, and daily lives. In keeping with official guidance on restricting travel and public gatherings, and in collaboration with our partners and members, the difficult decision has been made to cancel the 2020 Primary Care Conference. We are disappointed to forego this annual opportunity to connect, learn, and grow with you, our valued members and partners, but prudence demands that first and foremost we follow the best guidance available to us to support your ability to care for our communities! Currently scheduled sponsors will receive further guidance from Michael Barefoot at barefootm@ncchca.org.

2020 Annual Meeting and Primary Care Conference
June 10-12, 2020 | Wilmington, North Carolina

The Annual Meeting and Primary Care Conference is a professional training event providing continuing education opportunities. Nationally recognized health care experts share knowledge with safety-net providers on care innovation and operational excellence. This year’s Conference is an extended edition of training – two full days of rich sessions and keynotes will allow you to connect with health center professionals from across the state and learn about a variety of timely topics! We are excited to be partnering with North Carolina Office of Rural Health and the North Carolina Association of Free and Charitable Clinics to provide this opportunity.

Logistics:

All payments and artwork must be received by May 15, 2020. Send high-resolution artwork, PNG images preferred, to barefootm@ncchca.org and put ARTWORK FOR 2020 ANNUAL MEETING AND PRIMARY CARE CONFERENCES in the email subject line.

Packages may arrive no earlier than June 8, 2020. Please indicate full name, company name, and NC Annual Meeting and Primary Care Conference on all shipping materials.

 

Exhibit Setup

Exhibits may be set up between 7:00AM – 8:00AM on Wednesday, June 10th, 2020. You’re invited to attend and mingle with conference attendees at the lunch and plenary from 11:45AM – 1:15PM on Wednesday and Thursday. Please break down your exhibit by 2:30PM on Friday, June 12th, 2020.   Exhibitors are encouraged to enjoy all meals and network with conference attendees at every opportunity.

These dates and times are subject to change, but Sponsors and Exhibitors of the event will receive advance logistics information and updates as they become known to NCCHCA.

Please check in at the 2020 Annual Meeting and Primary Care Conference Registration Desk upon arrival where you’ll receive all conference materials, including badge, program and list of attendees.

To Pay by Check: Download, complete, and return the hard copy registration form along with payment. A registration form must be completed for each organization attending along with individual contact information, including unique email address. Registration confirmations will go to the attendee’s email address. Payment must accompany forms, otherwise it will not be considered.

NCCHCA Cancellation & Refund Policies: Notice of cancellation must be postmarked by May26, 2020, for a partial refund, less a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after May 26, 2020; however participant substitutions from the same organization can be accommodated upon request. Please allow sixty days post-conference for refunds to be processed. No Shows are Non-refundable.

Other Administrative Fees: NCCHCA will charge a $25.00 administrative fee for registrations that have been previously processed and/or require re-submission due to incorrect selection of registration fees or denial of payment for any reason.

Photos and Video: NCCHCA may document the conference for promotional purposes. Your participation may be filmed or photographed at this event. Your registration is your consent for use of these images and recordings by NCCHCA.
