New Employee Care Management Training

About the Program:
Due to COVID-19 and the need to minimize costs, Carolina Medical Home Network (CMHN) is offering Care Management training for new employees in multiple half-day sessions:
January 24th-28th from 8am-12pm
The training team will incorporate approaches that encourage hands-on learning and application of material where applicable in this virtual environment.
To support targeted learning, we will also offer breakout sessions to tailor the content for the roles of care manager and care coordinator. The richness of the content will ensure all care managers and care coordinators are fully prepared to succeed in the landscape of Managed Medicaid. Attendees will administer a pre and post assessment to evaluate their competency for each subject covered during this training.
There is a cost of $275 for the training and participation is mandatory for all newly hired Care Managers and Care Coordinators. This module will be offered quarterly.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be postmarked by January 17, 2021 for a partial refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after January 17; however participant substitutions can be accommodated upon approval up to January 24. Please allow sixty days post-conference for refunds to be processed.
Other Administrative Fees: NCCHCA will charge a $25.00 administrative fee for registrations that have been previously processed and/or require re-submission due to incorrect selection of registration fees or denial of payment for any reason.
