Job Description:

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (Bilingual) – WILSON COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER

Wilson Community Health Center is seeking a personable and self-motivated bilingual Certified Nursing Assistant.

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist the medical providers and nursing staff with day-to-day clinical activities to include but not limited to:
Assisting the provider in performing simple tasks and procedures
Preparing examination rooms
Taking and recording vital signs
Cleaning and sterilizing equipment
Documenting patient information
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Completion of accredited program for nursing assistants with no restrictions.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Must pass the Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. Spanish Interpreter Test.

Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting, occasional bending, stooping, lifting, reaching forward and overhead.
Almost constant standing and walking.
May occasionally be required to lift patients, office equipment and paper, usually not exceeding fifty pounds of direct lift.
Frequent computer work required.
Must be able to travel freely in the local area.
