DENTAL CARE COORDINATOR – DENTAL CAROLINA FAMILY DENTAL CENTER

Carolina Family Dental Center is hiring a Dental Care Coordinator!

This position supports the Mission, Values and Vision of Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. Under the general direction of the Chief Dental Officer, the Dental Care Coordinator monitors and coordinates patients’ treatment plans, provides oral health education, and ensures that dental care is completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum two years of clinical dental experience.
Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the practice of dentistry.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Knowledge of current principles and practices of public health.
Knowledge of audiovisual materials and equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
NC Driver License.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting or standing for long periods of time, occasional bending, stooping, lifting, reaching forward and overhead.
Proper lifting techniques.
Frequent computer work.
Must be able to travel freely in the local area.
