Job Description:

HOUSEKEEPING TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME) – WILSON COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER

Wilson Community Health Center is hiring for a full-time Housekeeping Technician!

In this position, you will be responsible for providing housekeeping maintenance for the center, ensuring the facilites are clean and well maintained. This position will back up centers in Elm City and Tarboro and must be able to travel freely between CFHC clinics and buildings as needed. This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Work Hours
Monday 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Tuesday through Friday – 10:30 am – 7:30 pm

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum one year of similar work experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Valid NC Driver’s License.
Physical Requirements:

Majority of the time spent in manual labor, including but not limited to lifting heavy objects, bending, climbing, crawling, etc.

As a Medicaid/Medicare facility, Carolina Family Health Centers must comply with the Federal COVID-19 vaccination mandates. Therefore, as of Janaury 27, 2022, new and existing employees to have received, at a minimum, the first dose of the primary series (Moderna or Pfizer) or a single dose COVID-19 vaccine (Janssen), have requested a lawful exemption, or been granted a lawful exemption.
