The Network Program Assistant position is a non-exempt position to provide administrative, clerical, and project management support for the North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA) staff working on initiatives related to Carolina Medical Home Network, LLC (CMHN) and the NCCHCA Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) Cooperative Agreement. CMHN is a clinically integrated network whose mission is to promote high-value care and health equity through personalized, coordinated delivery of data-driven healthcare services. Participating practices work collaboratively to improve performance on contracts with health insurance companies. NCCHCA is the managing entity for CMHN, and the NCCHCA staff support CMHN’s committees and manage its contracts. NCCHCA staff also lead the HCCN projects which include a focus on supporting community health centers in North Carolina around data security, health information technology, and data integration, management, and analytics. The Network Program Assistant will play a vital role in supporting CMHN and HCCN committees, workgroups, and internal/external meetings, streamlining internal and external communications, and assisting with clerical and project management tasks.

This job will begin as a hybrid position with the individual working in NCCHCA’s Raleigh offices up to 3 days per week, and from home two days per week. Modifications to this full-time position will be considered, but NCCHCA maintains the option to make this an onsite-only position if office priorities change and/or performance is not meeting expectations.
Typical office environment and infrequent travel to various locations throughout the state including primary care practice sites, conference locations, and other training events. Travel will not exceed 20% of time.
