STERILIZATION TECHNICIAN (BILINGUAL) – CAROLINA FAMILY DENTAL CENTER

Carolina Family Dental Center is hiring a bilingual Sterilization Technician!

This position supports the Mission, Values and Vision of Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. Under the general direction of the Chief Dental Officer, the Sterilization Technician maintains sterilization and disinfection procedures for all dental instruments and equipment and ensures that patients receive the highest quality of care at each appointment.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the practice of dentistry.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Knowledge of current principles and practices of public health.
Knowledge of audiovisual materials and equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Bilingual communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
NC Driver License.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting or standing for long periods of time, occasional bending, stooping, lifting, reaching forward and overhead.
Proper lifting techniques.
Frequent computer work.
Must be able to travel freely in the local area.
