NCCHCA Annual Sponsorship $100,000

The Annual Sponsorship provides your organization a unique platform for building relationships with businesses of all types, sizes, and marketing budgets by providing a year-round presence at all three NCCHCA conferences listed below and direct outreach with NCCHCA’s membership to help you:

Diamond Sponsorship $15,000

To support environmental sustainability, the NCCHCA signature conferences use a mobile conference app, rather than a paper program.  All conference attendees will be encouraged to download and use the mobile app to access vital information including daily agenda, speakers, logistics, presentation materials and more. As the sponsor of the conference mobile app, we will prominently display your name and logo for assisting us in preserving our environment.

The opening welcome sets the stage for the entire conference!  All conference participants are invited to mingle, network and have fun, while enjoying tasty hors d’oeuvres and visiting your vendor table.  As a sponsor, you will be given the opportunity to address the entire audience and highlight your product.

Platinum Sponsorships $10,000

Leave an impression on conference participants long after the conference ends!  This complementary, high-quality, signature conference product is designed for long-term use and made available to all attendees at the on-site conference registration desk.  Choose this sponsorship option and we will place your company’s logo on the outside of the padfolio or bag that we provide to all the conference attendees.  

Help bring a nationally known speaker to the conference! Your support will help cover travel and/or speaker fees, and we have several sponsorship opportunities available. With this option, you can address all participants for 1-2 minutes prior to the start of the address.  We will be happy to recognize your support at the event.

Two full-service lunches will be provided to conference attendees – take your pick of Thursday or Friday. With a high turnout of attendees, there is always time for companies to network and engage the attention of participants. Sponsorship of the plenary lunch provides your organization with high visibility throughout the conference and the opportunity to address the participants for 1-2 minutes. 

Gold Sponsorship $8,000

Give conference attendees a delicious, quick, pick-me-up throughout the conference by sponsoring a gourmet coffee bar next to your exhibit table. The coffee bar comes with specialty mix-ins, so conference attendees can customize their own coffee drinks! 2 Push alerts through the conference app will encourage attendance to the presentation and gourmet coffee keep foot traffic high near your exhibit table!

Two full-service breakfasts will be provided to conference attendees on Thursday and Friday.   As the initial gathering place for all conference attendees before the daily sessions commence, sponsorship of the plenary breakfast provides your organization with high visibility throughout the conference and the opportunity to address the participants for 1-2 minutes. We will be happy to recognize your support at this event.

Silver Sponsorship $6,000

Conference attendees will receive a durable lanyard displaying their nametag throughout the length of the conference.  Choose this option and we will print your company’s name or logo on all conference lanyards. Attendees will wear the lanyard at all times throughout the conference! High visibility!

There will be several networking breaks throughout the conference. These breaks will allow conference attendees to reenergize, relax, and network, while they mingle with sponsors and exhibitors. The sponsoring organization name will be on display throughout the break.

Bronze Sponsorships $5,000

Give the conference attendees a promotional item with your exclusive logo printed on it! The items will be placed in the conference bags for attendees to use and keep after the conference ends. 

With this option, your organization will be featured on the splash page on the hotel/conference Wi-Fi! If you’re looking for high-visibility and an excellent return on investment, this may be a perfect choice for your organization!  If interested in this option, please speak with the Chief Program Officer so we can accommodate appropriately and ensure a successful outcome. 

Drive up traffic to your exhibit booth and promote your brand by sponsoring the hotel room key card! Conference attendees will receive 2 key cards per room, and because the cards are sleek and portable, attendees will view your marketing message throughout the conference! 

Add-Ons for already purchased package – $2,000 

Increase the impact of your sponsorship with one of these add-ons.

Send a quick notification to conference attendees! Remind them to visit your table! Push notifications are comparable to text messages, but they are sent out via the conference mobile app, so your organization will have the opportunity to reach all the attendees with a special message. This package is limited to 10 opportunities for purchase.  We will send one push notification per purchasing organization. Content subject to NCCHCA approval and edits.

NCCHCA will send one pre-marketing email blast to all registered attendees (limit 100-200 words), that will highlight a special service or feature about your organization, with a hyperlink to the company’s website. Blast will be sent one-two weeks prior to conference.  There are two opportunities available. 

Share information about your products and your organization!  NCCHCA will insert one (single or double-sided flyer) provided by your organization into each attendee’s bag/padfolio.  

For-Profit Exhibitors $4,000 – We welcome and encourage for-profit exhibitors to share information about their organizations and products at NCCHCA Conferences!

Non-Profit Exhibitors $1,000 – We welcome and encourage non-profit exhibitors to share information about their organizations and products at NCCHCA Conferences!

Donor $500 – Your generous donation of any level will support and enable NCCHCA to execute a successful and enriching conference experience for our attendees.  Donors who provide a minimum of $500 will be included in the conference mobile app on the donor list.

Exhibit Setup – Exhibits may be set up between 10:00AM-12:00PM on Wednesday, June 8th. You’re invited to attend and mingle with conference attendees at the lunch and plenary from on Thursday and Friday. Please break down your exhibit by 5:00PM on Friday, June 10th.   Exhibitors are encouraged to enjoy all meals and network with conference attendees at every opportunity. Please check in at Conference Registration Desk upon arrival where you’ll receive all conference materials, including badge, program and list of attendees. 

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CONFERENCE Shipping packages back to your office:  1) Re-pack any materials and double check that your boxes are ready for shipping. 2) Affix required shipping labels to your boxes. 3) Make sure ALL information is complete, including billing details. 4) Take materials to the event operations manager. If received prior to 3:00 pm Monday – Friday, it will go out the same day.  If after 3:00 pm or on the weekend, then it will go out the next business day.
