NCCHCA Practice Managers Workgroup Meeting

The NCCHCA Practice Managers Workgroup will meet virtually on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
This workgroup is comprised of Practice Managers, Chief Operating Officers, Office Managers, and others who work closely with all members of the health center staff. These professionals are responsible for ensuring the practice is running smoothly and successfully while also planning, coordinating, budgeting, supervising, and interacting with patients and staff. This work group focuses on issues around patient flow and design, operation policies and procedures, access & barriers to care, productivity, customer service, and work competencies in a peer-to-peer environment that encourages sharing of best practices.
Participation in this event is only open to those affiliated with North Carolina community health centers.
