NCCHCA: Workforce Workgroup Meeting

The NCCHCA Workforce Workgroup will meet virtually on Wednesday, April 8, 2016 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
This workgroup brings together workforce-focused health center staff to discuss and collaborate on strategic workforce planning progress (HPET and CWP), highlight successes, and address challenges in recruitment and retention. Other topics covered in this workgroup are actionable strategies for enhancing workforce resilience, promoting staff well-being and a thriving workplace culture, building health education and training partnerships, and more.
Participation in this event is only open to those affiliated with North Carolina community health centers.
