FY27 Kick-Off Meeting – Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) – Virtual

The Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) invites participating health centers to join them for the kickoff of Year 2 activities. During this meeting, the HCCN will recap the achievements and activities from Year 1 and provide an overview of what to expect in Year 2. At the end of the meeting, there will be an open dialogue for attendees to share their thoughts on additional activities or events they would like to see.

Participation in this event is limited to the staff and care teams of the 36 participating health centers in the Health Center Controlled Network.
