DELETION OF HEALTHY OPPORTUNITIES PILOT CONTRACT DOMAIN; REVISED TIMELINE

In a recent meeting of the Board of Managers of the Carolina Medical Home Network, the Board adopted a resolution affecting the Preferred Payor Arrangement ("PPA") that acknowledges the defunding of the Healthy Opportunities Pilots and deletes that contract domain in the PPA's Request for Proposal (the "RFP") and related scoring. Accordingly, PHPs are afforded additional time to revise their proposals within the 30-page limit and the filing deadline for responses to the RFP is extended until July 25, 2025. The deadline for CMHN announcing the Preferred Payor selections is also extended to no later than October 31, 2025.
