NCCHCA: Community Health Worker Workgroup Meeting – Virtual

Facilitated by MedNorth Health Center, the CHW Workgroup will help participants explore practical strategies for integrating and financing Community Health Workers within their health centers. All FQHCs and other safety-net providers are welcome, and participation is encouraged for organizations that currently employ, or are interested in employing, CHWs.
