Clinical Nurse Lead

Provides leadership and supervision for clinic nursing staff while supporting daily clinical operations and patient care. Responsible for staffing coordination, training, performance evaluations, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and implementation of nursing protocols. Assists with hiring, employee development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinic management activities.

Performs direct patient care duties including triage, medication administration, wound care, specimen collection, patient education, and assisting providers during examinations and procedures. Ensures accurate documentation, follow-up care, referral processing, and maintenance of clinical supplies and exam rooms.

Supports a collaborative team environment by promoting quality care, patient confidentiality, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Preparation and training:
Job duties require registered nurse (BSN preferred) with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity. Must have a working knowledge of data processing equipment, computers, telephones, and such typical office machines and equipment. Must maintain effective written and oral communication and English skills. Must maintain current North Carolina RN License, CPR certification, Venipuncture certification, IV Certification, and a NC driver’s license for occasional travel.
