Job Description:
A Medical Doctor (MD)is responsible for providing comprehensive, high-quality medical care to patients by diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic illnesses, promoting preventive health measures, and coordinating patient care. The physician conducts medical examinations, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, develops treatment plans, prescribes medications, and educates patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
The Medical Doctor collaborates with nurses, advanced practice providers, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes. The physician maintains accurate medical records, complies with applicable federal and state regulations, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and supports the organization’s mission of delivering patient-centered healthcare services.
