CMHN Task Force Meeting

The CMHN Task Force will meet virtually on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30 am.
These virtual Task Force Meetings are hosted regularly by CMHN for staff among the 25 health centers participating in the clinically integrated network. CMHN Task Force Meetings are purposed to share important information and resources and gather feedback with CHC leadership regarding Network participation and value-based care contracting.
This meeting is only open to the CMHN Clinically Integrated Network participants.
