HCCN: AI in Healthcare Learning Series, Session 1: AI Basics for Providers
April 1 @ 12:00 pm - April 1 @ 1:30 pm
The HCCN is pleased to offer a free, three-part virtual series on artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, tailored specifically for community health centers (CHCs). This series aims to introduce CHC providers and staff to AI, not as a checkbox, but as a practical, mission-driven tool that can be understood, evaluated, and responsibly integrated into their work. This session establishes a foundation for the series, covering what AI is, its functions, compliance and governance considerations, and how it aligns with CHC goals. The Duke Institute for Health Innovation team will be the featured presenter for this session.
Participation in this series is limited to the 36 participating health centers in the Health Center Controlled Network.
