**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Chief Finance Officer to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and risk management. This role will play a key part in strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Proven work experience as a CFO, Finance Officer, or similar role
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting practices, and financial software
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
**Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies
– Manage and monitor all financial operations of the company
– Provide financial insights to support business decisions
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
– Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
– Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments
– Collaborate with other department heads to drive financial performance
– Report financial results to the executive team and stakeholders
– Lead and develop the finance team
**Additional Requirements:**
– CPA or CFA certification is a plus
– Experience in non profit healthcare
– Proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
