Job Description:

“`Duties“`
– Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide medication counseling
– Review and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
– Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness, adverse reactions, and interactions
– Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
– Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
“`Qualifications“`
– Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
– Current state pharmacist license in good standing
– Strong knowledge of ER, Utilization review, Hospital, IV infusion, pharmacy, Pediatrics, Medication administration, Critical care, Patient care, and Medical terminology
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
