Requirements:
• 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing or other medical field from a state accredited school (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (or actively pursuing) in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related health care field. (Preferred)
• Minimum ten (10) years of direct patient care experience as a healthcare professional including supervisory experience.

• BLS Certificate from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current NC license (If applicable)
• Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily operations at the Four Oaks Multi Specialty Clinic: Medical, OB, FP, Peds, Dental, BHS, Lab. Accountable daily for high level of patient access, Eagle Excellence, and for providing clinical and operational leadership. Serve as expert educator on electronic health record. Participates as a member of the Patient Centered Health Home (PCHH) Care Team.
