Job Description:
SUMMARY:
The Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator serves as the point of contact for individuals and/or families regarding health insurance enrollment via the Federally Facilitated Marketplace as created under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This person is responsible for addressing the health and social service needs of uninsured and/or low-income individuals and families within the community by conducting outreach to inform and assist them with enrollment in the Federally Facilitated Marketplace, providing referrals to health and other supportive services, and coordinating outreach enrollment activities.
