Requirements:
Graduate of dental hygienist program. (New Graduates Considered)
One (1) year preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing prophylactic care and preventative treatment. Participates as a member of the Patient Centered Health Home (PCHH) Care Team.
