Job Description:

We are looking for Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our primary care team! Visit our website at www.swhs-nc.org. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits; loan repayment is also available.

Works as part of the clinical provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, implementation of treatment, evaluation, and monitoring the general patient management plan for clinic patients. Performs these functions in collaboration with a licensed physician.

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of medicine. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of NC. NCCPA Certified. Valid DEA. BLS Certified.

Experience: Skills necessary to be successful: 2-3 yeas experience. Strong interest in community and family medicine with ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, family members and other health care professionals and support staff. Strong organizational skills and good time management abilities. Effective management skills with team focused philosophy. Basic computer knowledge required, including electronic health record software.
