NCCHCA provides training and technical assistance to health center outreach and enrollment staff, equipping them to meet the needs of their communities and patients. NCCHCA continuously works to enhance outreach and enrollment efforts by partnering with other statewide groups and staying informed of relevant policy decisions.
In addition to supporting health insurance outreach and enrollment efforts, other areas of focus include facilitating health centers’ ability to address social determinants of health, promoting medical homes and preventive care, and preparing for the transition to Medicaid Managed Care.
