The 2021 Annual Sponsorship provides your organization a headlining presence at NCCHCA’s 2021 Virtual Primary Care Conference, which will include the full year’s conference programming: Clinical, Finance, and Leadership/Administration. This event and associated direct and programmatic outreach opportunities with NCCHCA’s membership will help you:

• Sponsorship of Achievement Award recognizing an NC provider or practice, to be distributed by Sponsor Partner at the 2021 PCC Conference Award Ceremony

Donor 

Your generous donation of any level will support and enable NCCHCA to execute a successful and enriching conference experience for our attendees.  Donors who provide a minimum of $500 will be included on the donor list.
