The East Coast Migrant Stream Forum, hosted by the North Carolina Community Health Center Association, convenes over 200 health professionals, researchers, advocates, and students from 20+ states and Puerto Rico for three days of professional development and networking opportunities. The conference is organized into five major disciplines – clinical, outreach/lay health/community health workers, policy, programmatic/administrative, and research – and focuses on increasing access to care and reducing health disparities among migrant and seasonal agricultural workers.
Who should attend? Outreach workers, health care providers, health educators, Community Health Workers, Promotores(as) de Salud, agricultural workers, administrators, board members, students, researchers, and others working with migrant and seasonal agricultural workers.

Training Stipends
Training Stipends: Please change this section to say the following: NCCHCA is pleased to offer a limited number of training stipends to support attendance at the 35th annual East Coast Migrant Stream Forum. Priority is given to Outreach Workers, Promotores(as) de Salud, Lay Health Workers, and Community Health Workers in East Coast states (CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, and WV) and Puerto Rico. Steve Shore Community Catalyst Award

Conference registration includes a conference bag, digital conference materials, a welcome reception (April 5th), and breakfast and lunch (April 6th and 7th). Click on the above line to register for the conference!
Registering More Than One Person: If you would like to register more than one person from the same office, you must have the Login/Password or complete information for each individual you’re registering. Each registration must be associated with a member or nonmember account and have that person’s unique information. (Contact, email, etc.) Registration confirmations will go to the attendee’s email address.
Payment Options:
To Pay by Credit Card: Select Ticket Option and Complete the Online Form Below.
(Onsite only) To Pay by Check: Download, complete, and return the hard copy registration form along with payment. A registration form must be completed for each person attending along with individual contact information, including unique email address. Registration confirmations will go to the attendee’s email address. Payment must accompany forms, otherwise it will not be considered.
NCCHCA Cancellation & Refund Policies: Notice of cancellation must be postmarked by March 24, 2023 for a partial refund, less a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after March 24, 2023; however participant substitutions from the same organization can be accommodated upon request. Please allow sixty days post-conference for refunds to be processed. No Shows are Non-refundable.
Other Administrative Fees: NCCHCA will charge a $25.00 administrative fee for registrations that have been previously processed and/or require re-submission due to incorrect selection of registration fees or denial of payment for any reason.
