Practice Manager Workgroup

This workgroup will address overall operations of the clinic to include appropriate services & delivery of care, billing and collection processes, accessible hours of operation/locations, sliding fee scale requirements, patient flow processes, policies & procedures, and program expectations/performance measures specific to the CHC.
