Marketplace Open Enrollment During COVID-19: Best Practices for Enrollment Assisters

Certified application counselors (CACs) and navigators throughout North Carolina are invited to attend a two-day virtual training designed to help enrollment assisters get ready for Marketplace Open Enrollment. COVID-19 has changed how enrollment assisters conduct outreach and assist consumers. To prepare for the upcoming Open Enrollment Period, join us to hear speakers from NCCHCA, the NC Navigator Consortium, and other experts discuss topics such as, effective remote outreach strategies, remote application assistance, a walk-through of the Marketplace application, and more! Sessions will also be offered specifically for new enrollment assisters!
