Transition to Value-Based Care

Using metrics found in the Performance Evaluation Profile, referencing other states and payers’ experiences, and incorporating examples of VBC considerations and expectations this session examines possible approaches to VBC transitions, intentions, and expectations.
Audience: As VBC requires a team approach often this session is designed to include health center leadership, department managers, and middle management.
