The group meets to share best practices, have round table discussions of HR concerns and issues, and plan trainings to benefit staff in better doing their jobs; Chair of workgroup serves as an At-Large NCCHCA Board Member.

This workgroup will address overall operations of the clinic to include appropriate services & delivery of care, billing and collection processes, accessible hours of operation/locations, sliding fee scale requirements, patient flow processes, policies & procedures, and program expectations/performance measures specific to the CHC.

The finance group meets to share best practices, have round table discussions of financial tools being used, and plan trainings to benefit staff in better doing their jobs.
