Job Description:

We are seeking several Clinical Psychologists to join our growing community health center team at Kintegra Health. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention, consultation, and referral services to patients of all ages, with a focus on management of behavioral and chronic health conditions. This role will be split between providing psychological testing services to support our psychiatric and primary care services and providing evidence-based psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, there may opportunities for program development and the provision of supervision for psychology trainees. This role will involve working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group of professionals including mental health providers, primary care providers, psychiatric providers, addiction medicine providers, medical specialists, and chiropractors.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or School Psychology
Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic intervention services
Experience administering and interpreting psychological testing instruments
Experience writing psychological assessment reports
Professional licensure as a Psychologist by the NC Psychology Board (LP or LPA)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based brief and ongoing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults to address behavioral health and chronic disease management concerns.
Administer and interpret psychological testing instruments, and write assessment reports
Work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Adhere to professional Code of Ethics and provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions
Formulate and facilitate the implementation of behavioral health, substance abuse, and chronic disease management plans of care
Provide consultative services to medical and behavioral health team members and train other healthcare professionals as needed
Complete all required documentation related to patient treatment, payment, and organizational operations
Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance professional competence
Maintain knowledge of and liaison with community agencies and resources
Adhere to professional Code of Ethics and provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions
